Clean up!

Hi there I just joined but I think that this site deserves a nice little clean up of old posts yes?

humm I get what you say but I personally like the old posts they are interesting to read. Its like Ocaeri's history ^_^ but then mine is one opinion.

Im with Reb. I think its cool to see how the plots have evolved on Dt. Plus, its nice to read some of your own posts, from a long time ago..

I say keep them, becuase if I haven't role played in awhile I'll go back to my old post and try to get some ideas or place for my charrie to go. It also helps you learn on your mistakes, so you don't make the same mistake over and over again. These are just my thoughts.

The site has a way of cleaning up anyway. When a forum gets filled, or really old, it becomes *Locked* so its just for reading.. that helps in different ways.

This forum NEEDS to be cleaned up. It looks cluttered and dead. Forum sites are like plants, if you leave their dying leaves on their brantches, they'll take the plants energy away.

We need to clean up the forums and send every single inactive threads to the archives.

Nah, we didn't have one of those; only an Outskirts of Ocaeri (Locked/old area). Which I've since moved the old outskirts posts into...

So yea, that's why I really think we need one for each district - a place for all those threads to die without confusing new users.

Agreed! Archives are extremely important in any forum. Old threads, while fun to read, will sufforcate the new ones :l
