Young Elemental, pretty but ghostly pale, 5' 4", thigh-length light purple hair, dark violet eyes. A rather eccentric (slightly insane), unstable, very paranoid, sickly girl; a possible pathological liar, and is a major phobic; top phobias: blood, closed spaces, heights, crowds, loud noises, pain, and death. Can be persnickety about things, a little obsessive compulsive, makes her attentive to detail, and she's rather bright.

Is a pacifist and doesn't like to fight, nor is she very good. She tries to be careful in general, but she's still clumsy. And the trauma affected her health a great deal, making her tire very easily and usually sickly looking.

A couple years ago, a roaming group came and attacked Starr's entire town, destroying buildings, starting fires, and killing people. She witnessed many deaths, including her parents'. Some were able to escape, and she was one of them. The incident was very traumatic for her, which is why she's so strange. She now travels around, despite her fears, searching for her older brother, who she heard may still be alive.
